MAP e-Gift Voucher purchased will be sent to the designated e-mail in the form of URL link. One link will be associated with one voucher. MAPEMALL is not responsible for wrongly inputted e-mail address, causing the voucher to not reach the intended recipient.
To activate the voucher, click each individual link in the e-mail, and the activated voucher will then ‘move’ to the MAPClub app.
The voucher expiry date will be effective since the voucher is sent to the customers (or on the year of voucher publication), not from date of activation.
The vouchers can only be used through the MAPClub app (https://mapclub.com/e-gv/index.php). Customers are obliged to download the app and complete registration process to redeem the electronic gift voucher. Customers with active MAPClub app should be able to see their voucher in ‘My Wallet’ inside the MAPClub app.
Please make sure that your mobile device type and operating system is compatible to download MAPClub app before buying the voucher.
MAP e-Gift Voucher is redeemable only at selected stores managed under MAP Group. For the complete list of stores, please click here.
